Amanda Young
Director
Amanda Young is a Pacific Island descendant who holds roles as an Executive Director at Pollination Group, a non-Executive Board Director at Oxfam Australia and a Global Atlantic Fellow.
Her career has been to find the drivers of inequality and create innovative solutions grounded in Indigenous wisdom. This journey has seen her traverse eight sectors (law, finance, commerce, government, non-profit, sustainability, education) in highly diverse roles: criminal lawyer, strategic adviser, CEO and consultant.
Her expertise is economical and social equity and reshaping worldviews towards Indigenous worldviews of relation, reciprocity and sustainability.
She has completed executive studies at Harvard, Stanford and Cambridge Universities, and the London School of Economics to complement her law degrees.
